The University of Victoria has a wonderful campus and can be a great way to spend an afternoon in itself. However, when you’re strolling around the campus you might want to stop and see the art collection in the Maltwood Art Museum and Gallery.
Here you’ll find a diverse collection ranging from ancient Chinese artifacts to works by well known contemporary artists. The Maltwood hosts as many as 24 exhibits per year in their two gallery locations: one gallery is located in the University Centre, on campus at the University of Victoria; the second gallery is located also on campus at the back of the main floor of the University’s McPherson library.
