The Victoria Police Department is the oldest police department west of the Great Lakes. It holds a reputation as one of Canada's best innovative and modern police agencies. With over 200 police officers patroling the streets there is no question why Victoria is such a wonderful place to live, work, or visit. Not only are the police around to help fight crime but also to provide help to the community in anyway neccessary.
